An airman at Eielson Air Force Base in Fairbanks, Alaska was shooting at the base gun range. Another individual was trying to clear a malfunction in his gun. The gun discharged, hitting the airman in the foot. Many details about the shooting remain incomplete and police are still trying to piece together what happened.
